Our current client base ranges from car restorers to manufacturing firms. Much of our work is done with businesses and on a purchase-order basis. However, we have walk-ins for those who want their old milk cans sandblasted and coated to look like new.

We appreciate that turnaround time is usually critical. Powder Coating Solutions may charge a little more than the "blow and go" shops, but parts are shipped on time: for scheduled parts, turnaround in as little as eight hours. We can do 1,000 parts or 1 part: to order and on time.

Since we are a custom job shop, we can coat any clean part that can withstand heat up to 400+°F for a period of 20 minutes or more.

People who want parts done know that powder is a better finish than liquid paint: it lasts much longer. Powder coating is a finishing process in which finely ground resin/pigment is sprayed onto a prepared metal part. The coated part is then placed in a curing oven where the coating melts and flows into a high-quality, long-lasting finish.

Items that are powder coated usually last longer. Products with a coated finish are far more resistant to scratching, chipping, fading, rusting, and wearing than other finishes.

Color choices are unlimited, with high and low gloss, clear and metallic, as well as textured finishes. Finishes can range from smooth to wrinkled, matte finishes or rough textures that hide surface imperfections.
